Hải Phong has never had a case where a trainee had to return home due to the bankruptcy of a receiving company or lack of work. Before sending workers to a factory or company, Hải Phong’s staff conducts thorough inspections of the company and the job order.

A: If a trainee’s receiving company goes bankrupt or has no work, Hải Phong will transfer their documents to another company so they can continue working, provided the trainee agrees.
