In principle, trainees will be assigned jobs that match the registered industry in their recruitment program. If a trainee has specialized skills, Hải Phong will provide opportunities to apply for suitable job placements.

However, some job orders do not require specific experience or skills, and trainees can voluntarily register to participate in the selection process. In such cases, Hải Phong will provide pre-exam training to ensure candidates meet the Japanese company’s requirements.
