2. How long does it take from recruitment to departure for Japan?

Currently, every month, trainees of Hải Phong Company have the opportunity to participate in various recruitment exams. The time required to go to Japan is calculated from the moment a trainee officially passes the selection process conducted directly by the Japanese partner.

The period from passing the selection process to departure is 4 to 6 months, depending on the time required for document screening by the Japan Organization for Technical Intern Training (JITCO), the Immigration Bureau (Nyukan), the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam, and the accuracy of the trainee’s information declaration.

(Therefore, all personal documents must be accurately declared by the trainees themselves.)
